    This Notice of Intent to Award is issued by City of St. Albert (the “City’) for procurements as required by policy and trade agreements in relation to a specific procurement, as detailed below. This is a public notice indicating to the vendor community that the City intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre‐identified vendor, thereby allowing other vendors to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities. If no vendor submits a Statement of Capabilities that meets the requirements set out in this NOA, on or before the closing date specified above, the City may then proceed with the award to the pre‐ identified vendor. The NOI document(s) for this opportunity are posted on https://stalbert.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en for viewing and downloading. All correspondence regarding this opportunity will be communicated through Bids&Tenders only. All respondents must have a vendor account with the City’s electronic bidding system at: https://stalbert.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en and must be registered as a plan taker for this opportunity. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, to ask questions, to receive addenda email notifications, download addenda, and submit their quotation electronically through the bidding system.
