Description
EPCOR is seeking prompt, professional and accurate collection services with a demonstrated emphasis on customer relations. Collection services will be required on monthly billings for multiple services such as provision of gas, water, wastewater and electricity to both residential and commercial customers. The intent of this RFP is to award Master Service Agreements (“MSA’s”) to multiple Contractors capable of providing the Work. EPCOR plans to establish a call list based on the rankings of the Successful Proponents in this RFP. EPCOR, at its sole discretion, will contact a Contractor based on highest rank and award Work under the MSA on an as required basis, provided the Contractor’s performance level has been satisfactory in EPCOR’s sole discretion.
