Park N Ride (City Centre Station) Main Floor East Design

The scope for this project is to provide design, cost estimating, and consulting services to develop approximately half of the east area of the main floor that will be occupied by the City of Lethbridge Parking Operations department. These renovations will require architectural, mechanical, and electrical design to accommodate the newly developed space. The vision is to develop the area into admin offices, a workshop, and a meeting room. A concept plan of the proposed renovation is shown in Attachment 4. The mechanical and electrical systems must be designed to facilitate the future development of the remaining half of the undeveloped space. This project is currently approved for design only at this time. The City of Lethbridge will determine if this project progresses to construction based on the pre-tender construction cost estimate (provided by the design consultant as part of this project) and availability of future construction funding. If the City of Lethbridge determines that this project will not proceed to construction, the design consultant will be paid for their services provided (not to exceed 75% of their total fee) and the project may be postponed or cancelled outright.
