Description
This RFP is an invitation by RDP to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Security Services. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of four (4) years with an option in favour of RDP to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional four (4) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on July 1, 2023. Proposals received will be evaluated via a four (4) stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP. Mandatory Requirement: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each quotation MUST include completion of the: A mandatory site visit has been scheduled. Submission Form (Attachment 2), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent. Certificate of Recognition as issued by an Alberta certifying entity.

The estimated contract period will be 48 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/26.
