Description
The Edmonton Metropolitan Region Board is looking to complete a regional growth study to understand the rate at which land is being absorbed and the future land supply needed to accommodate updated population, employment, and dwelling unit projections to 2044. The regional growth study will be inclusive of all land uses identified in the growth plan including residential and non residential, prime agricultural lands, and environmentally sensitive and protected areas. The regional growth study will include an in-depth review and evaluation of major employment areas to ensure there is capacity available to accommodate economic growth, and to identify gaps in infrastructure that could affect the economic competitiveness of the Region.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 14 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/01.
