Description
WRU Sanitation Storage Garage Building is located at 507 4th Ave. N. Lethbridge AB. Constructed in 2009 this one storey 1100 sq.m pre-engineered steel building, consists of steel columns, steel joists and beams supporting a stand seam metal roofing. Two bays were added to the original building in 2018 and increased the overall building area to 1327 sq.m. This project will expand on the current vehicle storage building providing adequate indoor vehicle and equipment storage to meet immediate storage requirements. The project will commence early spring to ensure the storage is available for next winter. Project must be completed for November 30, 2023. This RFQ will be for a Design-Build project and will require inclusion of a full engineering consulting team in the submission. All dimensions in this document are approximate. Successful contractor to field measure prior to construction.
