Description
1. This RFSO is open to all interested parties. 2. The City is planning on hiring up to three (3) proponents for advisory services and business process consulting to support our capital investment planning. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4.The City intends to invite up to 3 (three) of the highest rated Respondent(s) to enter into a Master Agreement, which will govern the potential subsequent provision of the Projected Requirements pursuant to an invitational second stage Call-Up Process.
