WorkSafeBC is requesting submissions and product demonstrations, either in-person or virtually, from qualified organizations that can deliver a Customer Communication Management platform to author, deliver, track, and govern high volume stakeholder notifications across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and print. WorkSafeBC is seeking a product that can be integrated with WorkSafeBC’s current information technology solutions.
