Trailers with Related Equipment and Services

1. Sourcewell and Canoe are seeking proposals for towable Trailers with Related Equipment

and Services, including but not limited to those listed under the categories below. Solutions
for trailers not suited for highway travel may not be considered.

              Awards under this solicitation will be made in separate categories. No proposer                      
              should select more than one category to respond to.

               If a proposer can demonstrate they are able to provide at least 1 solution listed   
               under Category 1 and at least 1 solution under Category 2, they would select   
               Category 1; and provide one response under Category 1.

               If a proposer can demonstrate they are only able to provide the solutions listed  
              under Category 2, they would select Category 2; and provide one response under
              Category 2.

Proposers may include related equipment and services, in addition to a solution in category 1 or category 2, to the extent that these solutions are directly complementary to the equipment, products, or services being proposed in the category they are responding in.
 

This solicitation does not include equipment, products, or services covered under categories included in master agreements currently maintained by Sourcewell:Heavy Construction Equipment with Related Accessories, Attachments, and Supplies (RFP #032119); Medium Duty and Compact Construction and Maintenance Equipment with Related Attachments, Accessories, and Supplies (RFP #040319); Portable Construction Equipment with Related Accessories and Attachments (RFP #041719); Sewer Vacuum, Hydro-Excavation, and Municipal Pumping Equipment with Related Accessories and Supplies (RFP #101221); Public Utility Equipment with Related Accessories and Supplies (RFP #110421); Snow and Ice Handling Equipment, Supplies, and Accessories (RFP #062222); Electrical Energy Power Generation Systems with Related Parts, Attachments, Supplies, Installation & Services (RFP #092222); Relocatable Building and Storage Solutions with Related Services (RFP #120822); Grounds Maintenance Equipment and Related Attachments (RFP #112624); Roadway Maintenance Equipment (RFP #050625); and Firefighting Apparatus and Fire Service Vehicles (RFP #082025). 

The term of any resulting contract(s) awarded by Sourcewell under this solicitation will be four years. Sourcewell and supplier may agree to up to three additional one-year extensions based on the best interests of Sourcewell and its Participating Entities. Sourcewell retains the right to consider additional extensions beyond seven years as required under exceptional circumstances.

A full copy of the Request for Proposals can be found on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal (https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov).  Only proposals submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Proposer’s complete proposal must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal no later than the date and time specified in the Solicitation Schedule. Any other form of proposal submission, whether electronic, paper, or otherwise, will not be considered by Sourcewell. Only complete proposals that are timely submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Late proposals will not be considered. It is the Proposer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the proposal is received on time.

Following submission of proposals, negotiations may be permitted.
