SCOPE OF WORK :
Structural life extension to North and South Breakwaters at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. See Schedule A for details.
PROPOSAL :
Each Proposal must include a financial proposal and a technical proposal. The requirements for each are set out in Section 2.

Enquiries and requests for clarifications must be submitted to British Columbia Ferry Services Inc.’s contact person, as set out in Section 5.
Proposals in response to this RFP must be sent to Shelley Cavanaugh (the “Contact Person”) at Shelley.Cavanaugh@bcferries.com and must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. PST, on August 30, 2023.

Each Proposal will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in Section 7.
