Fencing Materials and Products with Related Services

Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for Fencing Materials and Products with Related Services to result in a procurement solution for use by its Participating Entities. Sourcewell Participating Entities include thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies located in the United States and Canada. Sourcewell encourages the use of Small, Minority-owned, Women’s Business Enterprise, Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE/VBE) suppliers both as prime and subcontractors and encourages the participation of these suppliers in the solicitation process. Only proposals submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Proposals are due no later than July 28, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time, and late proposals will not be considered.

Proposals offering installation services only may not be considered.Perimeter Fencing; Chain Link; Wood; Vinyl; Composite; Ornamental (steel, aluminum, wrought iron); Concrete/Masonry  Safety and Environmental Protection; Security fencing; Ballistic-rated fencing; Crash-rated fencing; Noise reduction or sound attenuation fencing.  Temporary Solutions; Portable fencing; Privacy panels; Rental fencing. Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, is posting the solicitation on behalf of CivicInfo BC, RMA, SARM, AMM, LAS, UMNB, NSFM, FPEIM, MNL, NWTAC and its current and potential Members and represented Associations and their Members, which includes local Governmental and other not-for-profit organizations located in all provinces and territories in Canada including but not limited to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador and Northwest Territories.  Request for Proposal (RFP) to result in regional and/or national contract solutions under the rules and regulations of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (CETA) for this procurement, Canoe/Sourcewell is requesting proposals for
 Fencing Materials and Products with Related Services  to result in a national contracting solution for use by its members.
