This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
The Ministry will post any addendum on BC Bid®. Bidders are solely responsible to continually monitor the BC Bid® website on an ongoing basis to keep themselves informed of any addendum.
The awarding of the contract is subject to the availability of funds for the year field work is required.
