Description
The City invites Proposals from qualified and experienced Consultants to:

- Identify the social impacts of extreme heat events in the City of Nanaimo.
- Map the populations and neighbourhoods disproportionately at risk of extreme heat.
- Research report summarizing best practices for extreme heat responses from other communities.
- Use the findings in #1, #2 and #3 to provide recommendations to update the City’s extreme heat response plan, with targeted response actions that will mitigate the social impacts of extreme heat.
