Description
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Commissioning Provider (CxP) Services, as further described in Appendix A – Scope of Work.

NOTE: Proponents can submit a proposal any time up to the Submission Date Deadline of November 30, 2023 @ 2:00PM PST. BC Housing will evaluate the submissions based on the provided schedule in section 1.3 of the RFPQ document.
