Description
This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) for the purposes of identifying non-profit housing providers that are interested in owning and providing property management services and operating potential new rental housing projects in various locations within the province of British Columbia (“the Province). This program facilitates the development of below-market rental housing projects.

To receive information on the sites, the lease arrangements and the Mandatory Information Meeting, interested Respondent’s must sign and return Appendix D - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to following BC housing contact person no later than 1 March 2023 @ 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
