Description
This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”), to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of providing Abatement and Demolition Services in Prince Rupert, BC, as further described in this ITT.

For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at BC Housing will be:All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address.  No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.

Bids must be submitted electronically through BC Bid at new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Bids submitted in any other manner will be rejected.

Mandatory Site Visit
Bidders must attend mandatory site visit on April 30, 2024 @ 9 a.m. PT.
Location of Site Meeting: Harbourview Gardens Site
Contractors are requested to RSVP via email to Sandra Penner @ (spenner@mcelhanney.com) by April 26, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.
