Description
The Site Representative will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of property management services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day to day operations of the premises including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. The Site Representative and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to communicate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive client relations. Ideally, the Site Representative will have a minimum of two years Property Management experience.

A Site Meeting will be held for Proponents:

Time: 1:00 PM. (Mountain Standard Time)
Place: Common Room, located next to Unit #4, 5165 48A Street, Chetwynd, BC
Attendance is not mandatory however, it is encouraged. The purpose of the Site Meeting is to provide Proponents with an opportunity to view and garner additional information about the properties.
***All Proponents who would like to attend the Site Meeting must complete the Site Meeting Confirmation Form (Appendix H) and email it to lantosko@bchousing.org no later than July 20, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m.***
