Description
BC Housing has embarked on a business transformation to improve its governance and delivery of services. Business Transformation is a multi-year initiative overseen by the Board of Commissioners (BOC) at BC Housing through a Business Transformation sub-committee (BTC) of the Board. As part of BC Housing’s transformation journey, we wish to conduct a thorough review of the commission’s procurement functions. The review aims to assess the effectiveness of the procurement structure, processes, policies, procedures, and practices in place. The review should encompass all stages of the procurement lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, contract management, and vendor performance management.

Proponents are requested to submit their proposals via email no later than the Submission Date established, to the BC Housing Contact identified below.  Proposals submitted via facsimile (fax) will not be accepted.  Proposals submitted in any other manner may be disqualified and may not be evaluated.
