Description
This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC  Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of the Provincial Emergency Remediation and Loss Mitigation Services to BC Housing and Non-Profit partner Sites across BC Housing on “as, if and when required” basis as further described in RFP Part 4 – Deliverables and  Appendix D (Scope of Work) for the Rates established in Appendix C (Pricing Form) for all locations identified in Appendix G (Service Locations).  The Proponents can bid on individual or all regions/service areas by indicating the preferred bidding region(s)/service area(s)  in the Appendix C – Pricing Form, “Bidding Regions and  Service Areas tab.

Restoration Services are not generically/automatically included in this Scope of Work.
Franchises organizations shall submit separate proposals.
The RFP will be awarded regionally. 
Only the proponents attending the Mandatory Virtual Information Session will be accepted to submit a RFP proposal.
Proponents should carefully review all RFP documents, including attachments, for the full scope of requirements.
