Description
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables.  Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables. This opportunity is only available to the pre-qualified Proponents according to RFPQ 1070-2425-036A Renovation and Construction Management Services.

This second stage RFP has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Proponents listed below.
Only the invited, prequalified Proponents listed below may participate in the RFP process.

  • IDL Projects Inc.
  • PRD Construction Ltd.
