Description
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables.  Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide Prime Consultant and Architectural Services for Permanent Supportive Housing.

Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA)
Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 11 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.

Signed NDA must be submitted to the attention of BC Housing Contract with a clear indication of this RFP number and title in the subject line.

Note: It is the Proponent’s sole responsibility to verify that their NDA has been received by BC Housing and requested information about the property type and location.
