MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Thursday, June 20th 2024
Time: 11:00 am PST
Location of Site Meetings: Meet at 11007 101 Avenue (Building 10), 11108 101 Avenue (Building 11) and 9825 106 Ave (Building 14) Fort St John.
Subcontractor Attendance is Optional
** Attendance and sign-in are mandatory for all invited bidders at each of the three site locations.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
Fort St.John Houses (Multiple-Sites)
Scope of the project includes roof replacement, sheathing replacement, facia board replacement, roof/attic ventilation, new baffle, new insulation, mechanical exhaust ventilation (kitchens and bathrooms), interlock bathroom fans and bathroom lights, new eavestrough and downspouts and domestic water heater replacement.

These two (2) project sites will be awarded to one (1) Contractor. Each site will have its own separate contract.
