Description
For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at BC Housing will be:

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix E- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: July 26, 2024 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
Proposals in response to this ITT must be submitted electronically and received via email: lpacheco@bchousing.org. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

The following is BC Housing’s timeline for the procurement process:
Issue Date of ITT: July 22, 2024
NDA Deadline: July 26, 2024 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
Deadline for Questions: August 2, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: August 6, 2024
Submission Deadline: August 13, 2024 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
