Description
This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for Construction Management Services for construction of a Complex Care Housing building to be located in Vancouver Island, BC, as further described in Appendix A – Scope of Work.

Respondents must submit a signed Appendix F – Unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on or before the NDA Submission Date Deadline specified in the RFPQ timetable below to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices.
No submission will be accepted from respondents who did not submit the signed NDA.
Responses must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
