Mandatory Site Visit
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:Date: January 7th 2025
Time: 10:00 am PT
Location of Site Meeting: 83 West Pender St, Vancouver
Subcontractor Attendance is Optional.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes a complete hazmat abatement and as further set out at Appendix:
- Appendix E – Hazmat report
Building is set to be demolished; this work is to abate all hazardous materials necessary to proceed with demolition.
Work to start in February of 2025 and complete in April 2025.
Contractor to mobilize 2 weeks after Notice to Proceed.
