Description
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to conduct the following survey's:
- BC Housing Tenant Survey - This survey is administered to residents of BC Housing directly managed housing sites.to understand tenants' perspective on specific performance areas of service delivery by BC Housing.
- Survey of Licensed Residential Builders in British Columbia - This survey is administered to Licensed Residential Builders is to obtain statistically reliable data on their views and attitudes on the licensing, warranty insurance, and research and educational components of BC Housing’s mandate under the Homeowner Protection Act.
- Homeowner Satisfaction & Consumer Awareness Study – This study is designed to obtain a statistically reliable picture of consumers' awareness and satisfaction levels with the consumer protection measures under the Homeowner Protection Act.
