1070-2526-055 - Fire Protection and Backflow Prevention Equipment Maintenance Services

This Negotiable Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to experienced, qualified Fire Protection and Backflow Prevention Equipment Maintenance Service suppliers to submit non-binding offers for the provision of services as further described in Appendix 8 – Scope of Work, for various BC Housing locations in the Interior Region of BC.

Locations have been divided into three (3) Service Areas.
Proponents can propose on any or all Service Areas by completing and including Appendix 11 – Service Area Selection Form and including that in their submission. Proponents must be able to service all buildings and communities within the Service Area(s) they are submitting for and must be able to meet the expected response times. Proponents may utilize experienced, licenced, qualified sub-contractors.
