Rental Housing Operating Services, North Region, BC

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Non-Profit Societies to submit proposals for the provision of Operating Rental Housing site located in North Region, BC in compliance with requirements of this NRFP and Sample Operating Agreement attached as Appendix 7.

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain Appendix 8 – The Deliverables including site location, Sample Operating Agreement and site-specific reports, and addenda. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The signed NDA must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person before May 7, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. PT.

Responses must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
