Rental Housing Operator & Operating Services, Lower Mainland BC

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Non-Profit Societies to submit proposals for the provision of Operating Rental Housing units in the building located in Lower Mainland, BC in compliance with requirements of this NRFP and both Affordable Rental Housing Operator & Operating Sample Agreements attached as Appendix7.

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain Appendix 8 – The Deliverables including site location and site-specific reports, and addenda. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The signed NDA must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person before May 12, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. PT.

Responses must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
