MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work involves plumbing/mechanical, electrical, and interior upgrades at Quadra Gardens, a 1979 three‑storey wood‑frame seniors housing building with 29 units. The scope generally includes domestic water piping replacement, bathroom fixture upgrades, electrical service improvements, select interior and accessibility upgrades, and installation of a new roofing canopy, as further detailed in Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings and Appendix I – Hazmat Report. Mobilization is anticipated approximately two weeks following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Further details are provided in Section 2 of ITT.
