NOTICE OF INTENT TO DIRECT AWARD

Notice of Intent (NOI) No: 1070-2627-099
Notice is hereby given by British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) with the intent to direct award a contract to Aliova to provide services to progress the development of our DASH platform. DASH Platform 2.0 is a made-in-BC, non-proprietary system with open-source digital data and containing tools and guidance to accelerate housing delivery in BC (with the intent to scale to all Canadian jurisdictions). DASH Platform 2.0 is an evolution of DASH into open and interoperable foundations, and as a more accessible platform that is easier to navigate, with better discoverability of tools and information than the current platform.
Interested parties wishing to challenge or object to this decision must submit in writing reasons for the challenge or objection by 2:00 pm (PST) June 29, 2026, by email at pthompson@bchousing.org, detailing specific reasons for their objections.
For clarification or any other issues regarding this Notice of Intent to direct award, a letter documenting your questions or concerns must be emailed to pthompso@bchousing.org to the attention of Peter Thompson.
