    Description
    The British Columbia Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) is conducting a two-stage procurement process for the Columbia Precinct Civil Infrastructure Construction Project in Kamloops, BC. This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is the first stage of the process and is intended to identify and pre-qualify experienced civil construction contractors for participation in a future Invitation to Tender (ITT).

    BC Housing is seeking contractors with demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects of comparable scope, size, and complexity. Respondents must have the capacity, resources, and bonding capability required to undertake major civil construction works. Experience should include the construction and coordination of roadway improvements, paving, underground utilities, storm and sanitary systems, water distribution infrastructure, electrical and communications works, traffic management, environmental protection measures, and construction within active and occupied environments. Successful respondents will be invited to participate in the second-stage ITT process.
