The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a list of Professional Consultants (Consultants) who could provide support to the British Columbia Utilities Commission in carrying out the regulatory processes associated with reviewing utility applications and/or supporting inquiries.
Based on the review of the RFQ Responses the Commission intends to establish a List of Pre-Qualified Consultants who, on an as, if and when requested basis, may be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a Contract(s) for provision of the services.
