Academic programs will be offered by Camosun College, Royal Roads, the University of Victoria and additionally, the Justice Institute of BC and School District 62, in the five-storey, 9,000 square metre building located in downtown Langford.
Royal Roads, at its option and sole discretion, may have the successful Proponent(s) provide additional and/or replacement furniture for the Langford campus and Colwood campus for a period of five (5) years after initial installation.
The scope of work and responsibilities are defined in section 1. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence August 1, 2023 and is to be completed by no later than July 1, 2024 in preparation for Langford campus building opening in September 2024.
This RFP is not an invitation to treat and not a tender or an offer and there is no intention by Royal Roads University to make an offer by releasing this RFP.
