Description
BUDGET: $25,000 including project expenses.
PROJECT SUMMARY: The purpose of this project is to establish a Wildfire Hazard Development Permit Area (DPA) as part of the City of Powell River’s Official Community Plan Update.
Work as part of this project will include: a background review; consultation with stakeholders; GIS analysis; development of Wildfire Hazard DPA guidelines; and, development of a DPA boundary map.
Please see Section 2 for the full scope of work.
TIMELINE: The contract must be completed by May 3, 2024.
