Contract: Abbotsford International Airport - Overflow Parking Lot Expansion
Contract No. 1220-2023-2894
The City of Abbotsford invites tenders for Abbotsford International Airport - Overflow Parking Lot Expansion. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
approximately 400m of new barrier curb and gutter;
approximately 12000m2 of new base and subbase gravels and asphalt;
approximately 740m2 of new stormtech infiltration system ;
approximately 210m storm sewer, catch basins and manholes;
ornamental street lights; and
various removals and site restoration activities.
The tender is being issued electronically through Bonfire (a Procurement Portal utilized by the City of Abbotsford for document distribution and collection) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly. A link to Bonfire will be posted on the BC Bid website (www.new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca ). Bonfire notifies all document takers by email of all addenda or other communications issued by the City.
All bids, for Contract No.1220-2023-2894, Abbotsford International Airport - Overflow Parking Lot Expansion ”, to be uploaded electronically through Bonfire Procurement Portal as per the Submission Instructions included with the tender documents.
Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the specified 10% Bid Bond, and Consent of Surety. Both digital bonds and scanned paper bonds are acceptable. Tender closing time and date: 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, March 31, 2023. An auto reply acknowledgement of receipt of the Tender will be sent by email. There will NOT be a public tender opening. Unverified bid results will be uploaded to Bonfire and a notification email will be sent to all document takers. The lowest, or any tender, may not necessarily be accepted.
