Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Annual Hydrometric Station Maintenance, Monitoring, & Reporting Program Engineering Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the contract is expected to commence January 1, 2024 and ends December 31, 2025.

The City uses the bids&tenders platform to source goods, services, and construction.

  • Responses to posted opportunities are collected through bids&tenders. 

All respondents must have a vendor account with the City’s electronic bidding system at https://abbotsford.bidsandtenders.ca and must be registered as a plan taker for this opportunity. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, to ask questions, to receive addenda email notifications, download addenda, and submit their quotation electronically through the bidding system.
