Description
The intent for this project is to select a qualified professional firm to:
- Develop a concept plan and detailed design for Westridge Park – 30978 Westridge Place, and to redesign the interface and access to that parcel from the adjacent park on the south -Townline Hill Park;
- Provide construction contract administration services to enable the successful development of the new park and enhanced connection(s) to the adjacent park.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 26 month(s).
