Description
The Island Health Brain Injury Program is a regional community based program that provides services to assist in the regaining, improving or maintaining function and/or independence for adults with acquired brain injury.
The purpose of this RFP is to seek Proposals through an open competitive selection process to enter into a Contract between the successful Proponent(s) and Island Health for the supply of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) services to adults, as further defined below in this RFP. The successful Proponent(s) will have expertise in delivering innovation in care provision with research based, documented outcomes and will be able to commit to timely completion of the facility. A firm commitment on a piece of property with planning (including rezoning) in process will be considered an asset.
