Description
Island Health is seeking proposals from community-based social service providers and/or agencies on Southern Vancouver Island to provide social, recreational and vocational rehabilitation services, supports and opportunities for individuals (“Participants”) living with chronic mental health challenges. These opportunities must be offered at an accessible and safe location (surroundings) in a facility (“Hub”) providing Participants with the opportunity to socialize and engage in meaningful activities. Proposals may also offer virtual options for Participants who prefer virtual services.
