Island Health requires office space in Ucluelet. The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek approximately six thousand nine hundred and twenty (6,920+-) rentable square feet of lease space which meets the requirements outlined in the attached RFP document. The space is required as part of a Primary Care Network (PCN) strategy being implemented across Vancouver Island. The space will be utilized by a team of allied health providers, including physicians, Island Health and other health care providers who work together to provide primary and community-based services for the local population.
