Contract: 500 Block 6th Avenue Sidewalk

The Village of New Denver invites tenders for the construction of curb, gutter and sidewalk along the 500 Block of 6th Avenue/Highway 31A. A summary of specific work items includes the following (approx. quantities):
- Installation of approximately 440 sqm of concrete sidewalk and 225m of concrete curbs and gutters.
- Surface restorations including boulevard and asphalt paving.
- Installation of an irrigation service and a fire hydrant.
- Relocation of an overhead highway directional sign.
- Installation of traffic signs and paint markings.
Tenderers are encouraged to attend an optional informational meeting scheduled for Tuesday February 21st, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the project site (meet at the New Market grocery store in New Denver).
