    Description
This NRFP is an invitation by the City to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for Civil Construction Services, which may include sewer, water, road, storm, emergency response (short notice and after hours), and other municipal type infrastructure projects. The City intends to qualify up to two proponents to provide civil construction services on an as and when needed basis for up to five years. The intent is to qualify general civil contractor only. No subcontractors will be permitted as part of this NRFP response. For purposes of pricing and other evaluation items, a sample project will be used.

Since this NRFP is for as and when needed civil construction services, no actual project has been defined. A sample project will be used to evaluate a work plan and pricing. The sample project is a utility replacement on Pearson Avenue. The project is at a conceptual design level. The conceptual drawing and schedule of quantities is included in Appendix C. Demonstrate to the City that the Proponent can visualize what they would need and how they would complete the project.

For inquiries and submissions please visit the Bonfire portal: https://revelstoke.bonfirehub.ca/projects/61509. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected officials or other representatives of the City, concerning matters regarding this NRFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent and the rejection of the Proposal. All submissions must be received via the Bonfire portal.
