Description
The Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Attorney General, Court Services Branch is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Sandbox Consulting Inc.  The Province is contemplating a direct award with the Supplier for the following reasons:
  • The Supplier has unique experience and skills to provide the services that are required, including; strategic planning, change management and the design of customized solutions using mediation and coaching to address conflict management and the realignment of teams. 
  • The Supplier has 20 years of experience providing workplace collaboration with large organizations.
  • The Supplier has experience providing workplace collaboration and effective team building consulting experience working with organizations within the Provincial government, including Court Services Branch.
  • The Province believes, but cannot strictly prove, that no other firm could provide the same level of service at the same or lower price within the required time frame of the contract.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
