Description
UBC Properties Trust is requesting Expressions of Interest for Architectural and Urban Design Consultant Services for a new student housing precinct Development Plan. The location will be Place Vanier and the existing buildings and commons block except for Korea House and Tec De Monterrey house will be demolished and replaced with new first year housing. The Development Plan will identify the location of new student homes (including built form, massing, etc.) as well as open space, pedestrian and cycling circulation, and vehicular access. Stormwater management, servicing, and site infrastructure should be taken into consideration.
