Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent(s) and the rejection of the Proponent’s submissions.
Proposals must be in writing, referencing the RFP number and title and be emailed no later than 4:00 PM on February 23, 2023 (MST) Mountain Time Zone. For further details regarding proposal submissions please see attached RFP document.
