Proposals must be submitted to the VCH Bonfire Portal before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, July 8, 2022.
Potential Proponents should direct all inquiries and discussion on any issue relating to this NRFP, through the Bonfire portal, by deadline date June 23, 2022, pacific time, to the Contract Person of this RFP.

The Agreement is expected to be for an initial term of no more than ten (10) years, which may be extended at VCH's discretion for a period of time to allow for re-procurement of the services.
This procurement may involve negotiation.
This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada - European Union Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA).
The NRFP will be in English and all documents responding to the NRFP also must be in English.
