Description
City of Powell River invites Expressions of Interest from housing providers (with or without partners) interested in the development and operations of a mixed-tenant, mixed-income rental housing project on City-owned lands located at 7104 Barnet Street. The City welcomes innovative approaches that achieve the City’s affordable housing targets, plus other City goals. This Request for Expressions of Interest is not an invitation to tender or request for proposal.
