WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 2:00 PM Mountain Time, March 2, 2023, at the Ministry of
Environment and Climate Change Strategy, BC Parks, 205 Industrial Road G, Cranbrook, BC, V1C
7G5.
This tender includes the supply and placement of asphalt pavement within the campsite roadway at the
McDonald Creek Provincial Park Campground. In general, the work consists of the following:
· Reshaping and compaction of 3616m2 of existing gravel campsite roadway
· Supply and placement of 2566m2 of asphalt pavement at 65mm thickness (3.0m wide)
· Supply and placement of 1050m2 of gravel shoulders
The Park will be open to the public during construction and traffic control will be required during the
construction period. The Contractor shall effectively warn and protect the public from any danger as a result of
the work.
Tenders must be accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total Tendered Price.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
A site meeting will not be held.
