Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to Direct Award to Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design Ltd. for Architect Prime Consultant Services to the D861-00 CGH B Wing Plumbing and Sanitary System Renewal (Project). This project is proceeding with a Direct Award for Architect Prime Consultant Services due to the fact that the RFP was posted on the Bonfire Hub in August 2022 with no respondents.
The maximum value of this contract award will be in the range of $357,700.00 - plus tax. FH has chosen to Direct Award to Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design Ltd. for the following reasons:
- Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design Ltd. is on the Fraser Health pre-qualified list of Architect vendors.
- Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design Ltd. has experience in providing architectural services in healthcare environment.
- Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design Ltd. has immediate availability of resources to continue the scope of work.
